Physical session focused on what can only be taught through the body — frame, connection, how a good lead actually feels to a follower. Real-time correction on posture, footwork habits, timing, and eye contact.

Four 60-minute sessions over 4–6 weeks. Sessions 1–2: frame, connection, basic lead mechanics. Sessions 3–4: a female dance assistant joins — you practice leading an actual follower while observed and corrected in real time. Final session: we attend a social together. You dance. I watch.
